DAVID K. WELLS
Mr. Wells has been involved in the commercial real estate
industry for over 18 years, having been licensed to sell real
estate since 1988. Mr. Wells worked for a Wall Street
financial services company for 17 years in their real estate
division. During that time Mr. Wells performed market and
financial analysis for property owners and developers, raised
debt and equity for real estate ventures and provided real
estate brokerage services to corporate clients.
Mr. Wells founded Kennady Realty, LLC to utilize his
financial and technical knowledge of the real estate market to
help clients buy, sell or structure their real estate assets
to maximize financial objectives. Clients range from small
individuals investors with one building to Fortune 500
companies.
